Delivery Info

The following is subject to change and we will update this page regularly. Customers will also have the choice to join a mailing list where updates will be shared. 

IMPORTANT: We require leaving a phone number to facilitate our contact-less delivery. We will attempt to phone you two times prior to dropping off your contact-less order. Since our products are frozen it is very important that you are there to bring them in quickly, even though we pack them with a bag of ice. If we are unable to reach you we unfortunately will have to abandon delivery for the week. We highly recommend leaving a phone number to facilitate our contact-less delivery. Order reminders will be sent a day prior to delivery. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT: Delivery orders for the week must be placed before 10:00 am on Monday, OR ELSE they will be fulfilled the following week. If you require more urgency give us a call or consider picking up!

Dumpling Bowl currently offers local delivery of our frozen dumplings and condiments. We are able to deliver to most population centers in Ottawa and surrounding neighbourhoods. Currently, we are available to deliver to the following postal prefixes:

Note that Shopify's platform will not accept a local delivery order for addresses outside of these postal regions. We wish to make our dumplings available to as many of our customers as possible. Beginning July 8th, 2020, our deliveries will occur two days a week, with each day being dedicated to roughly half of the city of Ottawa. Our delivery schedule is as follows:

 Pick up instructions:

Online paid pick-up orders are guaranteed only if placed a day in advance, before 8:00 pm. Same day pick-up is usually possible for most orders if placed reasonably before closing time, but we are unable to guarantee this. Please phone us first during our operational hours if you would like pick up your order early.
